# List releases

From **GitHub v3 REST API**.

`GET /repos/{owner}/{repo}/releases`

This returns a list of releases, which does not include regular Git tags that have not been associated with a release. To get a list of Git tags, use the [Repository Tags API](https://docs.github.com/enterprise-server@3.0/rest/reference/repos#list-repository-tags).

Information about published releases are available to everyone. Only users with push access will receive listings for draft releases.

## Parameters

### `owner`

- Location: path
- Required: true
- Type: `string`

### `repo`

- Location: path
- Required: true
- Type: `string`

### `per_page`

- Location: query
- Required: false
- Type: `integer`
- Default: `30`

Results per page (max 100)

### `page`

- Location: query
- Required: false
- Type: `integer`
- Default: `1`

Page number of the results to fetch.
